For a successful conference or function a few critical areas must be addressed and we at the Cairns Tropical Gardens like to think we have the perfect venue.
We offer a beautifully presented area that opens onto our extensive pool area via a large marble entrance foyer. The seated dining areas comfortably seating 100 people and has the following features:

Morning Tea, Lunch & Afternoon Tea plus Dinner can be supplied to your needs with a large range of menus available starting from $20.00 for either set, centre serve or buffet style.

Conference Room

For the smaller conferences and meetings we have a great room for you.
Accommodating from a handful to perhaps 30 people this air-conditioned room with water, tea and coffee stations is set up with:

• Flip chart
• TV & VCR
• Lectern
• Overhead projector and screen

During breaks relax by the poolside for morning & afternoon teas or lunch – prices quoted for your requirements.
